Welcome to MentorBlog, a platform offering executive mentoring and consulting services, informational products, and branded merchandise.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MentorBlog you agree to these terms.

2. Services

MentorBlog provides one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and ongoing guidance. Scheduling and scope are defined at purchase.

3. Informational Products

Digital materials such as e-books, articles, and online courses are delivered via secure links.

4. Goods

Branded items and printed materials are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon purchase. Supported methods include credit card and online transfer. Prices are in Singapore dollars.

6. Refund Policy

MentorBlog aims to ensure satisfaction. The conditions below apply based on the type of offering.

6.1 Consulting Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the initial session date if no more than one meeting has occurred. After review, the fee will be refunded through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Sessions not used due to scheduling conflicts may be shifted to a new date if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. No refund is available for completed workshop segments, as seats are limited and resources are allocated in advance.

6.2 Informational Products

All digital content is provided immediately upon purchase. Unless the files are defective, we cannot offer a refund once access is granted, to protect the integrity of the materials. Defective file requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; if approved, a full or partial refund is issued within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Items in new condition may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be processed through the original payment channel within 14 days. Customized or personalized goods are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

7. Cancellations and Transfers

Appointments may be shifted by contacting us via this form at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows or unattended appointments are considered delivered and fees will not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

MentorBlog is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Singapore.
